I'm Melanie.
And I've been there. I wanted more from life... more income, flexibility with my schedule, the ability to make more of an impact... to create something that I was passionate about, that allowed me to live life my way.
Early in my career, I worked all kinds of not-so-great work-from-home jobs and opportunities until I finally started freelancing offering admin support and working with multiple clients. I went from earning $9 per hour on average in my previous gigs, to consistently bringing in $6,000-8,000 per month. Considering most companies give raises at up to 3% per year, this jump was a huge win for me.
In 2015, I decided to scale my business and I now have a Launch Strategy Agency with a consistent multi-client workload, six-figure income, a six-person team (not including myself), and years of experience and industry knowledge.
I was able to achieve my dream life of moving around the country, from Missouri, to Hawaii, to California, to Florida, and eventually back home to my family and friends in Kansas City (but on my own terms!). My job didn't stop me from truly living. And I love seeing people achieve their dreams while they make what they are WORTH.
But it didn't come easy. I took the hard way, spending years figuring it all out, taking years to grow, and working with nightmare clients. It's my mission to help people who are looking for change to create their dream business and life in less time and with less stress. Let's create the freedom you deserve.
